We are looking for a results-driven B2B Marketing Assistant with a strategic mindset to support lead generation and brand positioning for business services, including ERP implementation (Odoo), automation, consulting, and media positioning.
This role plays a key part in building and optimizing sales funnels, executing digital campaigns, and directly contributing to revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Build, implement, and optimize sales funnels (required)
- Manage, track, and segment leads within CRM systems (Odoo or similar)
- Support digital marketing campaigns (email marketing, social media, landing pages)
- Write conversion-focused content (copywriting)
- Conduct B2B market research and competitor analysis
- Assist with paid acquisition campaigns (Google Ads – preferred, not required)
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead conversion
- Support execution of webinars, events, and demand generation strategies
Requirements
- Proven experience working with sales funnels (mandatory)
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems (Odoo, HubSpot, or similar)
- Experience with paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads) is a plus
- Strong writing skills with a focus on conversion
- Analytical, organized, and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work remotely and independently
- Intermediate English (preferred)
Copensation & Structure
- Base salary: $10,000 MXN per month
- Initial 3-month contract, with quarterly renewals based on performance
- 1% commission on each closed project or high-ticket sale generated through marketing
